4th of july birthday card

Made this card for a friend which her birthday is on the 4th. Painted the background with water colors and chalked over with white and drew white lines lightly. cut a scallop from accent cart at 3in in white made a 2in rossette from the rosette cart the firecracker is a sticker and the stars I had left over from other projects. the front says celebrate and inside says with a bang!
