shoe cut 7 in from here comes the bride cart ( the man and women shoe) use man shoe to base of shoe then form the bottom from this. I cut 1in strips and 1 and a half strips to make front of shoe accordian these strips. for the heel it is a party blower this holds the shoe up.
for purse cut 2in forever young cart for the place ment card it says if the shoe fits, sit here!
cut 6 and 3/4 purse for party favor then just decorate the way you please.
