 first cut out all pieces as shown above

 I added and printed a retro tv advertisement in my screen. shown above how to fit in and down below is what looks like glued in.

 Now add all you pieces that go to tv and you are done add some popcorn treats or whatever you wish. and you have a super cute gift.
