http://thecuttingcafe.typepad.com/the_cutting_cafe/2010/09/8-by-55-inch-box-with-dividerstemplate-cutting-file.html You do not need a cutter for the cards and can punch out the bingo chips with an 1 in punch I used zebra cardstock for outside and inside of box, punched out chips with zebra cardstock. Printed a zebra picture from interenet.
