time for challenge at decorate to celebrate

Welcome, its time for a challenge over at www.decoratetocelebrate.blogspot.com We are celebrating fourth of July and any birthday. I made this hat food cover. Started off with paper plate then glue two pieces of cardstock together to form hat. cut slits in top and add a six and a half in circle. the strip on bottom is two and a half and stars are two and a half cut from george cart.
