only have eyes for you

Entering into the polka dot challenge 124 at my craft spot  www.craftspotbykimberly.blogspot.com
I used mini monster cart pg 38 fit to page cut in half to fit around mouth of bag. This is an alterd bag it had the mouth already cut with the teeth and came two big eyes but just wanted to make it cuter.
candy sucker added on outside. dots are punched out sentiment I only have eyes for you valentine. Also challenge going on over at www.decoratetocelebrate.blogspot.com all about valentine bags. hugs
