mag challenge no52 simply charmed cart. pg 75

Its time for another challenge at www.magbythepagechallenge.blogspot.com This time use pg 75 from the simply charmed cart. I cut party(word shift) at 2 and a half in. cut shadow balloon at 2in horn 2in glue balloon on the a in party and party horn on the y. birthday confetti in green cut at 4in. now please come on over and join in on the fun.
