trick or treat smell the old witches feet! boot! ha used lifes a party cart.cut 8 1/4 party hat for top of boot and cut a v in the front of it.cut point off of hat so it will glue flat.cut same size for the sceptor box glue the back shut we will be using this just for the shape of boot not filling with anything we are using the top for that.after glued together I wrapped tulle around to cover up the connection of the two. have fun and decorated anyway you please.
