30th day of spook tac ular halloween projects

this is a witches hat favor box. I used lifes a pary cart and cut party box at 7 and 3/4
cut 4in circle from george for bottom add tulle and sticker on top now lets go see want a treat jean has for us www.jeanscraftycorner.blogspot.com
