celebrate the occasion challenge 8 anything b-day with flowerm

had this card already made for a friend so decided to enter it since its birthday and has a flower. used give a hoot cart cut four times at 4in to make card. cut 2in scallops and cut in half for wings and feet eyes are circles cut from george cart at 2in and cut in half happy birthday is embossed. hop on over and enter in on the fun. celebrate the occasion
