witches shoes made from toilet paper rolls

I have been saving these toilet paper rolls for a reason. Here it is. I wrapped them with
paper. then wrapped a black strip around. I cut belt buckels from wild card then glued that
on top of a little strip of black paper wrote name it . THe hat is the lid to keep the candy in
